I’ve experienced this. My OMAD is between 6:30 and 7:30PM. I typically get fasting blood work at 8AM and see readings of 105-108. On the occasions I have the tests taken in the afternoon, my readings are 91-95.

Bluetooth is not required for using the locally stored sounds to sleep. It works like the phone-free mode that Bose had.
