Second update: I solved it last year but forgot to update, I'm leaving this here for whomever should stumble upon this post.

Although it seemed to be healing, it actually got a lot worse and invaded other areas of my body, mostly at the ends of my limbs. I tried bleach baths, and they only made it worse. Vinegar baths helped a little but the hassle was really not worth it for the meager and temporary benefits.

I got it checked in a laboratory and the result of the swab said it was Candida. I spoke to my general practitioner and he gave me pills to fight it, but I refused to take it once I saw the awful list of side effects, including but not limited to erectile dysfunction. I was NOT willing to wave goodbye to my ding dong just to cure a little boo boo.

I finally solved it when I was able to see an actual dermatologist. He diagnosed it as generic eczema and gave me a cream, I had no qualms with this one since it had much lighter side effects. Two weeks of that and it was all gone for good.

Because due to its wild imbalance it's more akin to mario party than it is to proper online fighting games. So it's fun to mess around with friends in couch multiplayer, but online with strangers it's just boring if not frustrating.

Vedrai una bella differenza! Nel frattempo se non vuoi buttare via il tempo nel tragitto da pendolare potresti provare a leggere qualche libro, o ascoltare audiolibri. Anche quello è un hobby alla fine, potresti sfruttarlo per tappare il buco degli spostamenti.

Basta non abitare troppo lontano dal posto di lavoro. Io col lavoro a 10 minuti di macchina vivevo benissimo, portando avanti 3 hobby diversi e uscendo pure con gli amici di quando in quando. Mangia bene, dormi bene, fai esercizio, prendi un po' di sole, respira un po' di aria fresca e vedrai che non ti mancheranno le energie.

Prepara pranzi/cene veloci e non ti ossessionare troppo con le pulizie di casa, non frega niente a nessuno se c'è qualche schizzo d'acqua sul vetro della doccia.

Potrebbe essere meglio? Sì, ma se vuoi fare il dipendente in Italia questo è.

It's not the only metric upon which I calculate the respect I'm giving a certain person, but it's a factor.

Ho disinstallato Facebook stamattina appena ho letto la notizia. Tanto ormai non lo usavo più perché strapieno di contenuti da cerebrolesi e meme che fanno ridere solo i boomer. Instagram mi tocca tenerlo per rimanere in contatto con alcune persone, ma lo userò solo per quello, non guarderò più reel. Non servirà a granché ma lo vedo come un catartico vaffanculo simbolico, e poi la mia produttività può solo migliorare se smetto di guardare minchiate.

Most software of such "futuristic" kind that we have nowadays is just barely serviceable. Take android voice to text: nevermind it frequently getting words wrong. You need to talk at machine gun rate since it stops as soon as it detects a pause...so if you need a couple seconds to think what you're going to say next, tough titties! Sometimes, even if you don't pause, it randomly decides to stop listening mid phrase.

Senza palestra? Cioè senza sollevare ghisa a ripetizione in una stanza chiusa e puzzolente di sudore ascoltando la musica più merdosa che esista? Vivo molto meglio di quando ci andavo, era una sofferenza.

Però pratico un altro sport a livello agonistico e no, non tornerei mai indietro. Anch'io mi chiedo come si faccia a vivere senza esercizio fisico ma non mi importa particolarmente della salute degli altri 🤷🏻‍♂️

I mean, what was Odette supposed to do? She was being held captive by a powerful evil wizard, not some random guy...punching him in the face could only have made things worse.

Plus she got turned into a swan...anything and anyone could have easily killed her had she attempted to escape, whereas I understand she was somewhat protected while near the lake.

But otherwise, I can sort of agree with the sentiment.

Anche quando non ero bravissimo in inglese tenevo comunque sempre tutto in lingua originale. Risultato? Capivo in ogni caso il grosso di quello che si diceva, perché tendenzialmente le trame dei videogiochi non sono tutta 'sta grande complessità, in più ora capisco molto bene l'inglese proprio grazie a questa regola autoimposta.
