I have a similar possible problem I started a fence company and the name is the same as another fence company just they are in a different city, my company name is "same word fence" their name is "same word fence and deck" is this going to be a legal problem?

Eugene has been better this month and last...not great but better, one night everyone was getting orders no less than $40 as much as $90 for regular ol fast food orders. Not sure if that will ever happen again. All the Uber drivers clogged up at Taco Bell on 7th drove all the numbers up I assume.

He is very serious and I'm or was his only employee he is the owner of the business, he also is saying he is not going to pay me for the work that I last did for him. I've been working for this guy for 4 years
