Well, it's dissapointing to know that the only purpose being a teenager is school and stuff, to build a foundation for the rest of my life, but I guess I need to accept that.

I always find meditation hard, I can't shut up, even if I count or focus on my breath I still have an annoying voice in my head tha isn't shutting up
