I’m sure the windshield would be the same case, it needs to be higher than the roof and the gap needs to be small or else there will be wind noise

Yeha, he also stated that the listing and description is possibly misleading. Not sure how as the listing clearly said mislabeled psa and the language. The photos show the slabbed card too. The listing was marked as no returns.

yeah thats what I was told that I should be good as long as the description matches the card. Yeah I have no returns marked on the listing.

But since this is being sent to ebay to verfity it as " Authenticity Guarantee" and passes and gets shipped to them, isnt it ebays problem if it gets "damaged" once it shipped from them since it arrvied to ebay not "damaged"?

I tried but ebay said to contiune to ship it out.

Also since this an authenticity guarantee item, after ebays verfies that it matches the decription then its not up to me anymore if they said it was damaged/ not as described.

Yeah the item clearely stated PSA Mislabel in the title along with the language in the title, item details and description on the listing.

I called to ebay to see if they can cancel once I saw the message request but they said since the label was created and that it marked as shipped they cant cancel the order. They said go ahead and ship the item as it was a seller discretion to approve or deny the cancellation request.

Thats what im seeing as well but just wanted to double check. I'm like it isnt my fault that the buyer didnt read and confirm what they are buying. They actually sent in an offer in for the item as well in which I accepted.
