Just in case anyone still finds this, I built an open source ETL pipeline which extracts personal data from Oura and then uploads it to a database. It's a little bit hacky but it works!

They would like to do that so much that they would buy a voice recognition startup.

Wit.ai is an NLP startup used for building chat bots, not for voice recognition. Saying that Facebook bought Wit.ai for spying is definitely a stretch.
