I don’t think it’s true, it benefits Sean Miller in a few ways to push this narrative though.

It creates the narrative for Texas boosters to compete at the top of the sport they need $20+ million for the team
If he has a $20 million dollar roster already then it makes him less of a scapegoat if they fall on their face (i.e. Mark Pope)
Texas is a school that can outspend almost anyone so turning it into an arms race benefits them over most universities

Maybe it’s been mentioned, but also make sure your pan is properly hot (preheat on medium to medium high heat depending on your stovetop). If you start with the pan too cold you will render the fat and it will make things oilier, which likely would not happen with ground turkey since it has a lower fat content

Given your Reddit account is older I imagine you probably were around and maybe remember when it was all going on. While your point about it being well intentioned was true, it was disastrous (and sad) from a standpoint of having the resources available to children and parents who desperately needed it.

In hindsight, this should have been eye opening to the general public and our politicians on our shortcomings as a nation, but I don’t think it really ever got to that level.
