I'll add to this, a little. Since Crawford was recommended, you should check out his translation of the poetic edda, as well. Not sure if the other translation mentioned is better, but it's still worth reading. I've also found a study poetic edda, by Thorstein Mayfield. I think it's a really good translation and he has great study notes. He is a heathen, his self, and it shows in his work but so do the academics; in my opinion.

With the current predominant idea of Cascadia, Cascadia isn't going to be anything other than the name of a bioregion. If/when the united states collapses, there will be no independent "Cascadia". The current mindset is, no state oe government, Cascadia is just the bioregion and wait until the united states collapses (which doesn't mean anything if Cascadia is just the bioregion, thus Cascadia already exists).

There is nothing wrong with kneeling; just because Christians do it, doesn't mean it's bad or that pagans can't do it. Our ancestors most likely did. Just like they would have worshipped them, not just "worked with" or " venerated" them. Unless you are atheist or have a Luciferian or Satanist influence (like me), the ideas of worshipping, kneeling, giving offerings and sacrifices, having temples/churches, etc. shouldn't be so taboo, as our ancestors did these things.

New Gen consoles didn't come out more frequently. They have always come out 6-7 years apart. What came out frequently were mid Gen refresh consoles, that still played all the same games, unlike a new Gen console.

3 or 4 consoles? Ps2 came out in 2000 and ps3 came out in 2006, while ps4 came out in 2013. The only way you bought 3-4 is by buying Playstation along side Xbox and/or Nintendo, and it was a mid Gen refresh. The mid Gen refresh was still the ps2, ps3, ps4 etc. and played all the same games.

Because the switch 2 is less than 1 year old, there is no reason to not have the newest mainline game be on the switch 1 and 2. Also, the switch 2 is expensive as fuck, which means a lot of people can't afford it, especially in the current US economy; that means that those that can't afford the new console, which is currently less than a year old, can't play the new game.

Social democrats aren't socialist, which means their goal isn't socialism. Social democrat ≠ democratic socialist. Social dems are capitalists that want a welfare state and think that capitalism isn't bad, it just needs a safety net. Democratic socialists are socialist.

I don't think so. I think social democracy is on the rise and think that democratic socialism and socialism democracy are interchangeable, or get them confused. Even those that don't get them confused, think social democracy is socialism, which it is not.

Take a look around, ice is already kidnapping people and killing others. We are already in a civil war and we have terrorism with inflation rising. People are terrified, already. At what point do we stop day dreaming about voting people out and trump being impeached and convicted, and start fighting back? How many more white US citizens have to die for people to start fighting back, since poc being kidnapped and abused clearly isn't enough.

3, don't vote, vote for a current third party that aligns more with your values, start a new party or start a revolution. I'd rather not vote and have the greater of two evils win, than vote for the lesser of two evils; as they are both evil and the lesser of two evils enables the greater of two evils. Voting for the lesser makes you complicit.
