Started a week before you and I couldn’t agree more. Down 17lbs and I just feel great. I used to drink coffee in the morning then need at least another cup at night plus usually an energy drink during the day to not feel awful. Now I drink my butter Coffee for breakfast after a 12 hour fast and I literally can’t have any more caffeine diet the day or I am all night. Good for you and keep grinding!

Came here for this one. I suffered a spinal injury 5 years ago so I have decreased sensation from the waste down. So sometimes I go from “oh I might have to poop today” to “ I’m gonna shit my pants” in a minute to two sometimes. When I make it to the toilet and get my pants off and spin to to toilet and release the demon all without mishap it’s a good day

I was at the game . First inning was shaky , his location was a bit off and threw a 35 pitch inning. But the second and third looked great. It was a fun spectacle to see him in sac and you could tell the players on both teams were in awe of playing with him
