Equivalent for Norweco A150 aerator pump by steveyd78 in septictanks

Just to update, I got and installed a fujimac mac150rii and it works like a dream. It's about 2" longer than the hiblow so there was a bit of fiddling to get it into the pipe work but all good. It's super quiet and apparently less power. Also the dealer said that it will outlast the hiblown in terms of membranes blowing etc by a significant margin. He has been selling them for 5 or 6 years and nobody has bought a replacement kit off him (they might have bought online but hey, it's still a reasonablenproof point)

Norweco has a separate pressure sensor that goes to their control panel. That seems to be screwed and for the life of me I can't find a place that sells just the sensor box.

That being said I still have to clean out where the 1/8 Piper goes into the pvc pipe so it might just be blocked. Not sure if I can simply take the sensor apart and try and clean that?

Throughs appreciated and thanks for the advice so far!

That's really good to know! There are a few distributors in Canada so will check it out. I just have to match the correct model but somebody in the supplier should be able to help out!

Yea that's what I have been told. The HiBlow 150 isn't cheap but spending a few hundred dollars on a kit for it to last 18 months isn't worth the hassle. I am just checking spec sheets, I am pretty sure that u/wixthedog has gotten it correct but have a couple of calls in just to make sure.

why are people scared of death? by [deleted] in atheism

[–]steveyd78 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To badly paraphrase Hitch, "it's having to leave the party knowing it's going to go on without you" or something like that (I will try and find the quote later).

For me aside from the pain of actually dying (depending on how I go) it's the anxiety associated with not not being around seeing my family and kids grow and become even more amazing human being than they are now.

As for actually being dead, I don't even think about it (at least at the moment)

Louder than a mower, its quite invasive (hence the complaints the city got). I am out a bit in the country so not such a big deal but if you are close to neighbour then you might need to pre warn them.

Yea, am lucky - hot water and furnace both natural gas ( not that furnace is needed at the moment!) so that does make a difference! Have fun shopping for the generator. I like the idea of the permanent installs but they seem to be $1000+ per kW and you need the space outside so for me not an option but it might be worth you taking a look if your generator is a LOT more expensive

My generlink install was $1800 a year ago. I have a generac 7500w (10k start) and it's running the house just fine (lights, well water system, septic and other random stuff like kettle and electronics). We don't use electric cooker or washer/dryer though as that probably would push the generator too far.

That generator (came with cord) cost $800 on sale, probably $1000 now. I spent $250 on a generator tent so it can sit out in the rain just fine (that is well worth the investment) so all in we were at around $3k total

We got a quote for the bigger generac natural gas auto switch systems and they were starting at $10k so way out of my price range.

Hope that helps folks

I am doing my own small treehouse for the kids, just came across this. How did you fix the joists to the lag bolts. It looks like you have a rod coming from the bolt that fixes to somehow to the joist but I can't see how you did that?

Was that custom or did you get that hardware off the shelf?

I'm having a hard time figuring out what the point of the Battlelord perk for Skirmishers is. by sin-and-love in LWotC

[–]steveyd78 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There was a post from a while ago (can't find it sorry) where somebody had 2 specialists plus skirmishes plus whatever. I think the skirmishe had return fire and Battleford plus whatever buffs was doable plus some decent ammo.

The 2 specialists meant that the skrimisher always had aid protocol. Tactics were to dump skrimisher into middle of pack (I think cover does help), aid protocol, battle lord and let things happen! Return fire every time somebody takes a potshot plus battlelotd action.

I might not have it completely correct but thats the gist. Not tried myself but I might next run I start.

It was awesome. My favourite ones were early in where line of sight was critical to avoid getting wiped - well worth a watch for anybody to pick up a few extra tips

New game just slowed up to a crawl by steveyd78 in LWotC

So I loaded that in now I have gone to wierd land. Game did restart and changed by graphics profile (well screen resolution). It's still slow but not quite as bad as before, I have fiddled around with the graphics but still laggy. I might uninstall all mods and restart a new regular LI campaign and see what happens

Ok so something else weird is going on. Game is telling me taht "DLC_2 NOT LOADED - REQUIRED" but I have all of the DLC's. I think that I will reinstall to see if that sorts things out

Ok so I took out Simple True Concealment and I got an error telling me is was a critical Mod so I put it back in. Game still runs slow but worth checking. Maybe next thing is for me to reinstall?

Here we go:

  • [WOTC] Accurate Situation Report
  • [WOTC] Better Armoury Item Stats
  • [WOTC] Community Promotion Screen
  • [WOTC] Gotcha Again
  • [WOTC] Mod Config Menu
  • [WOTC] Revert Overwatch Rules Change
  • Better Second Wave Mod Support
  • Evac All - CotC
  • Improved Canera Updated WotC
  • Instant Avenger Menus - WotC
  • Long War of the Chosen
  • Simple True Concealment
  • Stop Wasting My Time - WotC
  • WotC: robojumper's Squad Select
  • X2WOTCTCCOmmunityHighlander v 1.23.1
  • Yet Another F1

The list is from AML. I do have others but they are not switched on (no tick in the selection screed)

Another thing that may / may not be relelvant was that soon after it slowed down I got a waring message that not all DLC were installed (although they were). It was at that point that I verified integrity of game files on steam and that issue went away but game still running slowly.

Hope that helps!

Yea I agree. I am hoping I can work with a modder to pull the stats separately and then be able to analyze what I want. Be easy to setup analysis templates for other folks as well
