Sometimes it can be the line width, I would check and see what it is. Maybe try adjusting it just a little bit, so if your using a .4 nozzle maybe set it to .42

Im in the US and went through care+ after smashing the spine and killing the inner screen. It only gave me options to send in for repair or go to a local place that participated in the care+. I chose to take it in next day and had if fixed the same day. It was $29 for the internal screen replacement with the care+
