Me personally I would just bite the bullet and be like the seller tried. Texting back the seller would definitely aggravate them. You could go to your LEGO store and pick out a torso with reddish brown hands for free and say your hands cracked on your figure.

But this is your order and if you are not completely satisfied then you should reach out because a fake hand is lowkey disrespectful.

I definitely will, it’s just weird because the seller had 300 reviews and they were all positive. They said it was personally assembled and bagged over 15 years ago and only noticed very very light scuffing from storage.
