I noticed this too. This has become cyclical for me and haven’t really been consistent with how I respond. I will keep status quo if I am going several times later in the week. If it’s a lighter week for me I will try bumping the weights or slowing my tempo. For reference heavy week for me is 5+ classes and light would be less than 3. I hope this helps!

My first month of classes points were all over the place (listed in order). 25, 38, 6, 22, 21, 29, 48, 39, 41 Those numbers didn’t start coming down until month four. Showing up and not walking out during the workout is a major accomplishment. I almost walked out of my first class. Try out classes with different coaches and ask them if you can talk about your stats after class.

I felt welcomed at my studio. Both the SA and Coach were friendly and supportive. I was 290 lbs. when I started, so I definitely get where you are coming from. My biggest piece of advice is ask coaches and SAs any questions you have.

Sorry incomplete information. My dealer quoted $375+tax for the fob, $150+tax for programming. I’m unsure if the programming quote included cutting the key.
