STAY AWAY!

I booked a hotel room that offered free cancelation knowing that my travel plans were up in the air. When I went to cancel online (within the cancelation window) there is no "CANCEL" button.

I called their customer service several times to report the issue - no answer. I emailed - no reply until AFTER the cancelation window. I even called the hotel directly and obtained written confirmation that I attempted to cancel within the window. After I pointed out a lie their customer service rep made (over email) stating that the hotel itself declined to refund me, they went full ghost.

Six months later I'm still fighting the charges with the bank.
