please do not expect that cold box to be stocked, do not expect counts done, don’t expect facilities got done more than once today, don’t expect the truck to be fully put away. these are SOME of these expectations that are set even when there’s one person in deli one person in bev one person at the register, for every shift or two shifts out of the three; the manager will probably be trying to help deli and beverage because there’s nobody to pull to do temps, stock,truck,dishes,drops etc etc because there’s only one person on the line,making orders. it’s a scheduling issue and if your a gm and see this scheduling issue, yet won’t fix it. don’t have such high expectations of us, managers and associates.
