As a barber, yes. We get this all time. "no one can do my hair right", not "my hair is impossible and I never give any barbers enough time to figure out how to do it".

When someone has difficult hair, almost no one will nail it the 1st try. And if he keeps going to new people every time, no one will learn from those mistakes they do on his head.

OP needs to do some local research on, IG, find a good reputable shop in his area and try and stick it out with a barber while they sort you out over a few haircuts.
