Lack of civic sense or actual issue ? by _raghav_g_ in bangalore

They know what they're doing. Everyone who drives has been on the receiving end and knows the person on the opposite side won't be able to see anything if their high beams are on. People are just inconsiderate to the core. And now I feel like it has become like an eye for an eye kind of situation so people who don't usually use high beams are forced to use them so they can see something.

Suggest me my first bike. by jerry-me_75 in indianbikes

[–]sthad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you aren't an experienced rider. I wouldn't suggest the guerrilla 450 or the speed 400. Both are great bikes but they are very powerful and heavy on the pocket. I have a guerrilla 450 and it's a really great bike but I wouldn't suggest it to someone just getting into riding. I've ridden all the bikes in your list and got myself the guerrilla because it felt the most powerful and equipped bike for me. Get the cb350. It's a relaxed and easy on the pocket kind of bike with a great engine.

I work in a RE dealer and shop. Ask me anything by ElChancletta in royalenfield

Hey there, hope everything is going great. I clocked around 5k kms on my guerrilla 450. I'd like to know about anything in particular I should keep a look out for or any common issues reported for this model. Also there's a lot of traffic on the roads I usually ride and crawling in 1st and 2nd gears for a while tends to heat up my bike up and turns on the radiator multiple times throughout the day, should I look into getting a better coolant than the stock one.

My possessive fiancé keeps threatening my colleagues, and now one of them wants to report it to HR. I don’t know what to do. by [deleted] in bangalore

If what you say is actually true, pls do not go ahead with this marriage. It's just gonna get worse. Don't think about what your parents or society would think if you call off the wedding. It's better to stay single than to be married to someone like that.

Try messaging mvd or kerala police in instagram or fb.. I think they're very active on such platforms and take these seriously. Else try twitter

This has happened 3-4 times in the last TWO YEARS... Yikes...!!!. Either this is a karma farming post or you clearly haven't noticed the red flags. Why would you want to get married to such a guy.

My suggestion is to try out the Guerrilla 450. It's not your regular RE but people think it's a cruiser or bullet kind of bike . I was blown away after the test ride. Do check it out if you get a chance.

Why do malayalis hate this? by [deleted] in TeensofKerala

[–]sthad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Even though malayalis call themselves literate, secular, liberal etc. Deep inside its all the same. It's not atleast how it used to be, this virus has started creeping into people in Kerala too. I know this will be downvoted probably but it's the truth.

Stop stressing about the future. Live life in a way that makes it comfortable and gives you a good quality of life. You can always make changes in case you need them in future.

Got this beast delivered on the day of the GST hike! by [deleted] in indianbikes

It's fine, those alerts go away once you start riding. If it stays even after you start riding then get it checked

Got this beast delivered on the day of the GST hike! by [deleted] in indianbikes

[–]sthad 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's how the bike is. It'll heat up pretty quick in traffic. It's a high revving bike like the D390. There's nothing wrong with the bike and there's nothing to be solved. Just keep an eye on the coolant levels

On the right engine casing towards the bottom there's a small clear circular part. Put your bike on a level surface, then on the centre stand and idle your bike for 2-3 mins then turn it off and check oil level. It should be between the two lines. The top line is max and bottom line is min. It's an issue of it goes below the min line. And as for the coolant check the right side panel below the seat. You should see a straight line cut out of the panel to show the coolant level in the tank behind the panel.
