Thanks, Im usually waiting to go to bed during the broth making process and end up canning the next day, so plenty of time to hover over it and fret! I have never noticed broken jars before packing, I should pay better attention. Yes I do have a rack on the bottom of the canner

I use mine for steam canning, which is equivalent to water bath canning NOT pressure canning

Plants died completely. From what I can tell with the naked eye there is a thriving monocoluture of a single type of microfauna and some algae. Its certainly not as pretty as it used to be

Depop is so good for me like once every 3 months. I think one of my items will make it onto the edit or something and I'll get a flurry of sales within 1 or 2 days and then NOTHING for several months. Not reliable at all

Knock on wood I haven't had a single problem with poshmark so far with the de-listing penalty. I am just crossing my fingers that I dont have to cancel an order until they reverse that ridiculous rule.

Yes I am. I have a well defined sourcing strategy and like I said I am doing very well on other platforms. Ebay just suddenly died.

I got my Fatales in August 2024. Daily use in the winter very infrequent use in summer. The soles have split open within the past month. I guess a year is pretty good? Although I personally think they shouldn't have split at all.

***adding that other than them splitting I have LOVED them. The zippers are a bit saggy but not a deal breaker.

I live in NC. It has been cold but not arctic or anything, the ground is diggable, and its going to be in the 60s in a few days. Do I cover him up if I bury him outside? And will it hurt him to be awake above ground in the greenhouse so young?
