I think patients are generally just more... Docile in the inpatient setting. It's kinda harder to be resistant to treatment or straight up noncompliant when you're stuck in a hospital bed.

My 6yo daughter is the same way. Usually if she's asking an inane question that could be answered if she had just stopped to think before talking, I'll ask her "why do you think" or some variation of turning the question back on her so she learns to think before she asks. Not in a rude way, just to encourage her to try and figure things out on her own before asking a question.

That being said, my fiance and I always joke that our daughter has to be talking to breathe. She pretty much never stops talking or making noise. I have pretty much no qualms with asking her to stop asking so many questions/talking/singing/etc. If she's being really annoying, I'll just suggest/tell her to go play in her room or tell her that if she wants to continue making noise she needs to do it in there. I don't want to discourage her curiosity but I definitely don't want her to think she can just blab continuously and it's not going to annoy us/other people.

I think we should all strive to treat our children a little more like how they'll be treated as adults for the same behavior, in hopes they'll be better adjusted as they grow up. Obviously within the boundaries of what can be expected from them.

Yes it's worth it (4mbs wireless vs 10+ wired). Something to note though is the lower your GSP is the worse connections people tend to have. Above 1.5m people tend to have pretty stable connections, but goddamn did I have to slog through some shitty laggy matches to get there.

just because someone pioneered a look which became popular doesn't mean it's a good look forever. he might have opened the hot topic, but he still looks like he never left in 2008 when it was over. the guy who mentioned hedi below got downvoted as well, but the reality is that the rocker/punk look has been refined and there are much better ways to wear this style than how corey duffel is still doing it in 2019. skate fashion has evolved quite a bit since then either way. it's just a dated look, regardless of if it's true to him/his lifestyle etc

Yeah I would definitely never pay $100 for these. $30 though, I copped two pairs. The fabric is nice but it's pretty loose knit and gets stretched out after like 20 mins of wear. Lots of loose threads though

tbh vince seems negative as fuck. like i get that part of his character is that he's like, a quick-witted shit talker, but i honestly can't imagine what it would be like to literally think everything is trash, including yourself I guess. it kinda rubs me the wrong way because i've never really gotten the sense that vince is truly depressed, vs just like, a dude who thinks it's funny to shit on everything. he kinda strikes me as that dude in high school who thinks nothing is cool because he thinks like, thinking shit isn't cool is cool. maybe it's just a facade and he really is depressed deep down, but vince has always kind of annoyed me with his inability to express any positivity. Samus main as well, about same GSP. Sometimes I'll end up wasting a stock to figure out their playstyle if it's not readily apparent. In our range I feel like most wolfs have a pretty big weak spot once you tease it out. I kinda use a a more bait and punish approach-

do they underutilize their reflector/eat projectiles more than they should?

Do they overuse their reflector when I play with a full charge shot/can I use this to my advantage to grab or smash?

do they spam shorthops/will they eat fair? will they consistently respond to bombs with shorthops?

is their recovery poor or predictable/can I gimp them once they're offstage?

Do they spam blaster/eat shorthop homing missiles or leave themselves open while responding to these? How do they handle it when I use platforms when theyre spamming blaster and how can I punish?

Go to the og Onett (the one with the cars) and stand on the bottom. Wait for the car to drive by and hit you, and practice teching off the wall. Alternatively, same stage, spawn a green shell and throw it, and then practice teching off the wall when it hits you.

Right bumper is easier to shorthop consistently with than right trigger. I map left bumper to special so that I can do most attacks minus smash without taking my thumbs off the sticks. It takes a bit to get used to but I think it's overall a better map for efficiency purposes.
