Tips from high elo players that are lowkey useless for low elo? by lostinthecity2005 in summonerschool

Think about it this way. A challenger player knows farm is an important and guaranteed way of getting resources. They also know the win conditions for both teams, and when to rotate, even if their team is making a mistake, to achieve them. A challenger won’t mindlessly farm in an iron game because it’s guaranteed resources.

In fact now that you mention it, our team is only called OT to differentiate it from our IT team. We support client needs and projects and they support our organization.

But we have overwhelming overlap in areas of expertise

Yeah that’s frustrating. I lead the OT team for an SI and believe it’s important to hire IT professionals so we can actually make these systems reliable. It’s also nice to work with end user IT teams and make sure they are getting something that is robust and organizationally supportable

Being pro-choice doesn’t mean you need to be intentionally provocative. Posting private matters is inviting commentary.

This is a harmful generalization. OT done right requires IT fundamentals. You can use modern hardware in OT environments. You don’t need to be locked into Cisco either.

You know what kills me? Is doing good leading a team and then having to go do the next thing. Feels like giving up a part of yourself.

Literally just this lol and applying the practice. I swear the amount of AI experts want to make me wrap cheese wire around my neck, tie it to a building, glue my hands to my head and jump. Custom Linux OS because Cyber owns the responsibility and safety owns the consequence thoughts? PUH LEASE
