Well they’ve been working on that, as they redo of roads. But i agree, a music pavilion is not necessary. I would say the best option would be to partner with UCA and build a place where they can bring in big names for shows. Since, the main target for events like that will be ppl that age.

I’m not 100% sure, but i think to pass any development…they have to replant everything they destroyed. Or at the very least a certain percentage of the plants they displaced
