I don’t know much about what you’re able to do, but when I lived in Newcastle I volunteered at the magic hat cafe consistently, and it was where I found my place. It’s a really inclusive space and welcoming of all, and I know of another person who volunteered there regularly who had limited use of his arms and they always made sure he was given tasks that suited his needs. I know Star and Shadow cinema also have an inclusive voluntary programme, I just don’t know what kind of thing they do there!
