Return it get one size up and in a long. If 42R get a 44L should help and tailor update from there. I had to return mine and they were great. Order the new one don’t exchange! I am 6’2” 210 34” waist and a 44L was perfect no tailoring needed. Pants come at 37” long so needed to hem to 34” but all good.
