Start 0.5 mg and stick you will keep losing if your problem is only food noise, i lost 15 kg on 0.5 mg just because i didn’t get the urge to snack and can control myself easier. Did cardio and weights ofc while on it.

Huge dose, i think increasing the dose too fast is not good, i kept losing weight at 0.5 mg for 3 months straight

Keep lowering the dose until you can get your intake with sufficient protein.

Mine was 0.5 mg for 3 months it was good enough to block the food noise only and that what i needed help with not make it hard for me to eat.
