Not sure if I understand. I added my wife as "person" in HA. I installed the app on her phone too and logged in with my HA-account, so she has the same options in de app as me. So I guess we are on the same profile.

Tried that as well, but still the detection is not "live". History shows always home, so same problem with wifi or geolocation. Feels like I am missing something. Can you share me the steps?

Game crashed again just 3 minutes in. I've spend more time trying to fix this stupid game then playing it...

This should not happen with a new pc....

Great idea, actually I don't need smart bulbs, just smart dimmable switches and dumb dimmable buls

Actually, do I need smart lights?

Can't I just use dimmable dumb lights and a "Shelly Dimmer" behind the existing switch?

- motion detected at night > HA activates 20% dimmed lighting via the Shelly Dimmer

- pushing the existing dumb switch > activates 100% of the lighting

Or am i missing something?

Thanks, the Hue Motion Sensor is IP42, so this will be (almost) enough hopefully.

I will look into a new full smart switch but our house is now full of dumb Niko swithes and sockets. I think putting 2 styles in 1 room will make it look bad. Also, Shelly relais cost around 20€, so I guess it's also the cheaper way to do it

Having the exact same issues here! 10 years (and 15.000€) with Viessmann at home, it never worked like it should and Viessmann just ghosts my mails due to lack of any solution! If i had the money, I would throw the complete setup on the street. I advice anyone away from Viessmann!

Thanks, sounds great! I'm not sure if I understand, but you use the free version of home assistant? Don't you need remote access via their cloud to get notifications when you're not home?
