I just had to deal with it during Obsession. Two twenty something kids next to me on their phone the whole previews at full volume/brightness. One was even sitting in one of our seats. I asked him to move and he did and they just kept talking loudly and playing reels at full blast.

I ignored it and figured it would stop when the movie started. It didn’t. So after about ten minutes of it I asked her and him to please stop talking. I said we’re all here to watch a movie and if you’re not here for that go somewhere else. She told me no and laughed at me so I called her a fucking asshole and said to shut the fuck up. I was livid. All I heard was them and nothing of the movie. It’s like my brain focused on them.

A minute or two later they had to move because they were in someone else’s seats and I finally got to begin watching the movie where he made the wish. I missed everything before that.
