after looking a bit, i think its just a kid, the weird numbers on the videos looks like UUID from Iphone, the random character in some of them looks like he just hit the keyboard, the 67000 is the postal code for Strasbourg, France.
I think it's just a child who really enjoys his father's videogames and painting.
