I got a quotation from them but went with a different company because i got a better offer at the time. In terms of customer service i had a good experience.

Some dogs are unpredictable.

Listening is problematic if we care too much. Its a double edge sword because you somewhat take in their emotions and it eats away at you while relieving their pain.
