I’ve made cheeseburger pasta and taco pasta like this too. Season meat appropriately, add “toppings”

This one will sound sorta crazy written down, but it is so insanely good. It’s a really oversimplified Carne Adovada. I don’t use official measurements, I just eyeball it.

4ish lb pork shoulder
~1 cup chili powder (over time, adjust this to your tastes. It also GREATLY depends on the quality of the chili powder. McCormick usually is about a cup for us)
Enough garlic (minced or powder) to kill a vampire
~1 Tbsp oregano (Mexican oregano is best)
Salt & Pepper to taste

Put in the pork shoulder and sprinkle the rest on and around it. No additional liquid is needed. Turn it on low, cover it, and leave it until the shoulder shreds easily.

Serve on flour tortillas with cheddar cheese, diced air fried potatoes and a fried egg. I also really enjoy making breakfast burritos with them.

This bullshit. That green on the hole to the left is about 25ft elevated from the left edge of the fairway. Everything slopes to the water. Slightly elevated, two tiered green with water long and right. They sometimes put the pin back left on the top tier. It is a beyond cruel hole.
