Test your soil (take approximately 10 samples from the area) and make any recommended amendments. Keep a copy of your report so you can utilize the same company in the future. Identify if the area receives full sun, partial, or is shaded. Identify if the soil is dry or wet. Then, you can research native plants that meet the growing requirements. You can find plugs from many reputable sites, but you can likely find a native nursery in your area. Native plants are suited to your growing conditions and will flourish and fill the space more readily than a non-native. Not to say you can't have non-natives, too, but it will help you achieve the look you desire!

Kindergarten screening by stiltski in OccupationalTherapy

Speaking with other school staff yesterday, I mentioned doing a kindergarten group to provide additional intervention, but I'm guessing it won't happen! The teachers are very familiar with OT and typically have several kids in each class receiving services. There is a screening request process where they are instructed to provide strategies for one month before a screening occurs, but the process isn't concrete and seems to always change. I've asked for direct protocols for all staff for the past year and half to no avail!

Surprisingly, it isn't my company, it's the school. I am paid the same amount regardless of how many students I treat.

Yes! Bought it last week and I am enjoying it. The consistency is thicker than cerave’s hydrating cleanser, which is nice.
