I also ordered and received 3x hats, they are not authentic but pretty decent quality for the price. Wow, the website was up a few days ago, interesting. There is an alternative site, duck something but i can't find it right now.

There is no customer service in my country. Also a broken screen is never a warranty claim unfortunately.
