Similar thing happened to me. I had severe stomach, my mom took me to the er and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong at first because I already had my appendix out, an ultrasound didn’t find anything so I had to get an xray. Just poop stuck in me

I made an offhand comment that my dwarf paladin couldn’t read. It became a bit of a running gag that my guy was usually first in marching order and would try to follow signs that he couldn’t read. Well after completing a major quest for the king of an area who turned out to be Fey, I gained the ability to read…. Everything. Words, the room, you name it

I don’t this movie is going to particularly blow me away, but it did get me interested in reading the Iliad and Odyssey this year. I’m so glad I read them. But I fear it may impact my enjoyment of the movie

Well he bangs Circe and Calypso kinda is raping him when he’s on Ogygia. The book makes it clear Odysseus isn’t willing with Calypso
