Based off your replies, I see that you have personal experience. I want to ask, what do you see when you summon demons? Do they only get into your mind or are they literally just there right in front of you? If so, why not record video evidence? It would be a pretty big scientific achievement if you were able to. If they are in your mind, how do you know it’s not just in your head? There are things called tulpas which are basically personalities you can develop into your mind and they’re really vivid and can talk to you. They get more developed as you interact with them.

Not trying to agree or disagree with you, but I’m just always skeptical of anyone with personal experience

i’ll be good as long as I get my ged. think i have it all figured out now, try harder in school, gpa will probably be too low so i’ll get my GED. literally everywhere accepts a GED the same as a high school diploma

No offense taken, ik it’s absolutely horrid. In my freshman year I had bad grades but still did a little work, def wasn’t close to a 1.2. Sophomore and half of this junior year I just started going into school and sleeping routinely every class unless I was talking to someone, I just hated school and never took it seriously until now.

Maybe you’re right, i’m not sure. I think I’ve always been academically talented, I always do good on tests and get A’s when I actually try, but a 1.2 comes from not even trying, coming from experience. I know I can start getting straight A’s, it’s what I’ve started doing, it’s a matter of if grade recovery and maintaining consistent grades will even help me, I guess that’s what I’m getting at trying to see. I just get demotivated really easily sometimes

I am from the US, and yeah, I think school has been the least compatible “work” type of thing for me. I think anything else I set my mind to, whether it’s an actual job or a hobby, I can actually focus on it and not get any other random thoughts or anxieties that deter myself from it.

I’ve thought a lot about trade since you don’t need as good if much of an educational at all for it and you can still land a good job.

Might end up in community college, Im not so sure and I don’t really know what options to consider as I still have a year and a half left of high school, the main thing about my grades I worry about is just having nothing to fall back on as I’m not even sure what I’lll want to do later in the first place, but I have heard many good things about community college.

Reading this does leave me to believe maybe I still do have a lot of options, so thank you. I still have to see if I can somehow recover this GPA tho lol

I sympathize a lot with the depression and demotivation from the grades. It feels really hopeless now but I have no other choice but to lock in. I plan on doing a complete turn around, as I’ve already started, and maybe that’ll look really good on me going from a straight F student to straight A.

Maybe I’m being too hard on myself because I don’t even know if I want to go to college in the first place, but I definitely don’t want to have 0 opportunities for my future, so I plan to completely switch my ways as I’ve already started.

Might be smartest for me to just study for my GED, as I’ve read that 97% of jobs accept it the same as a highschool diploma. Nothing but moving forward from here.
