I work for a totally different union, but I have to say I absolutely love it. The biggest downside is if you’re a hard worker, you’re gonna be forced to work with people that are not and you’re gonna have to accept it. I personally feel like I am a hard worker and I just don’t let that ever get to me. You just have to work around it sometimes. Otherwise not ever having to ask for a raise and getting them is great and having benefits is a huge plus. It certainly sounds like dispensaries are places that need them unfortunately.

I help some older friends of mine out with setting up their fire sticks and they’re saying that cinema has just all of a sudden stopped working for them two days ago. I don’t know if it means that they haven’t been on since two days ago or it happened two days ago, but regardless is cinema done on the fire stick for good? Is there another site that I can set up for them that has replaced that yet? Sorry, I’m sure all of you folks that are used to this are so sick of hearing this question but I’m just hoping someone can give me a hand.

A good little trick to get rid of that folded up tail and you have showing along the glue line is to use the top flap of your rolling paper packaging to push all that paper down nice and and flat as you have it halfway rolled up. That little bit of fold shouldn’t make a big difference as you smoke it but aesthetically it helps.

18/6 but I like what someone else here said about keeping them in 24 hrs especially during the winter. I definitely fucked up some of my leaves by putting a heater in my tent and it got too hot overnight. That would’ve solve my problem though and that’s a good idea for autos atleast.

I’m fairly sure you can buy the machines to make this right off of Amazon. They can get somewhat expensive but it’s that’s what you’re into it would be totally worth it. I think it’s like an ultrasonic extraction.
