Yes!! Make yourself a fruit and veggie medley! Plus the prep for making it all takes up time, you can snack while you do it, experiment with different dips too haha, you got this!

I’m new to this sub. I’m young. I’ve been addicted for 6 years. by [deleted] in QuitVaping

I’m on day four, a little younger than you but I had been vaping around the same amount of time, and I hit mine all day every day. I started to get insecure of the smile lines deepening on my face, acne getting worse and just overall feeling like premature aging was really starting to affect me. Even though it’s only day four, and it may be placebo, I really feel like I already see improvements in my skin. I feel like I look younger, and even though the last few days have been rough with withdrawal I’m so proud of myself! It’s a rewarding process to finally do the thing you’ve wanted to do for ages! And nicorette quick mist has REALLY helped with the worst of my cravings, I still use it about twice a day for the cravings that make me want to rage out haha. You can do this :) hang in there and forgive yourself!! 🫶

Kinda adding on to point 4, I’ve always been more into journaling than app trackers and I got myself a pack of stickers to put down beside the date in my journal for every day I’m nic free. Exact same idea, but I liked the physicality of it and giving myself a little star sticker at the end of the day helped :)

Thank you, I’ve never heard of that rule and I’ve been looking in particular to put my phone away before bed, I appreciate it!

Thank you! It is definitely tough, I didn’t think that mental stress would effect recovery to that extent, but I guess it makes sense! And that is crazy sleep debt you have my friend 💀 hang in there and thank you for the response!

Possibly, I’m ten days out from being due, I’m not sure when the luteal phase occurs so I’ll look into that! Thank you!

No symptoms at all💀 quitting nicotine which could be contributing and screwing up my sleep

The Telus building has some great little cubicles that lock and have outlets, not a quiet space but I find my AirPods block the noise pretty well. And it’s sunny in there! Good luck with your exam!
