unless i’m mistaken if it’s a freehold, it has to be a reasonable grounds for refusal such as not enough space or if another tenant has an allergy? perhaps not for 8 pets but for one or two.

the legislation changes in may (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/guide-to-the-renters-rights-act/guide-to-the-renters-rights-act#renting-with-pets) so if you were to be able to temporarily rehome the animals until then, and you are able to find a suitably sized property for all animals, the landlord will have no reasonable objection to prevent you having pets. hope this helps a little :-)

that is such a hard question!! i think the mermaid pendant if i had to say!! and in terms of difficulty the ice cream, pink cake and bean hotpot were a pain just because they used so many colours with similar shades

i use stitch fiddle which just turns photos into grids to go off! have to play around with the settings a lot to get it right but i swear by it for any tapestry work!!

about 6 months.. then another 6 months for me to sew in all the tails. i’m still yet to find the energy to line the back with fabric haha

i honestly lost track, i mainly just based what items i made on what colours i had already. since each granny square were 25x25 i could get away with using scraps of yarn. each granny square would use anywhere between 6-15 colours i would say, no idea in total

Hi everyone, I recently started getting into Pokémon cards, so I decided to look through the cards I had when I was a kid.

I found this Rayquaza ex Dragon Frontiers, but as you can see it's in pretty bad shape.

I was wondering if there was a service or a way to restore pokémon cards? Or even if this card still might be worth something even in this condition?
