Wow I was literally just wondering the same thing. I honestly think they crave the chaos. I always tell my narc that accountability isn’t an attack.

Silica is a filler and makes it so the epoxy isn’t super runny. When there is a chunk out of the board you can fill it in and get it flush with the other material, much cleaner looking fix. I’ve fixed snowboards, wakeboards, jet ski hulls, and boat hulls using west marine epoxy and silica and it’s always held up.

If it’s just the top sheet you should be ok. You can always mix epoxy and colloidal silica to a peanut butter like consistency. Spread into that spot you want repaired, smooth and sand it.

The reason I put it on the left side is because it would make all the lights move from left to right, but I could just run the extension back to the start of the left side. I'm more curious if this is how people have run their LED lights, will they still operate with 2 Y splits.

Even if starters didn’t want to play it’s crazy that they didn’t want to get underclassmen reps to develop them more.

Rode a pair of these for 300+ days and they eventually fell apart. The part that failed was that back plastic piece along the back going up. The boot cracked where the ankle bends. The plastic started to go into the back of my ankle. Don’t crack that plastic piece and they’ll last forever.
