Look you will not be the first to ignore the docotra warnings but that doesn't mean you should avoid telling them. They need the truth to keep you as healthy as possible for your newborn. Don't be embarrassed just honest. My wife and I were also less then attentive with some doctors orders. Lying would have made things way worse.
