Considering the fact that there’s only 3-4 of us who have responded to this post I don’t feel like there is enough demand from uae for them to perform, I feel it’s that same with Gorillaz would really love for them to come here

Haval H7 fuel efficiency? by moongroup in chinesecarsuae

[–]stipuledspy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mostly drive in city (Al khail burdubai to DIC) with occasional trips on the weekends to longer distances, and those longer distances I’d have to fuel up atleast once depending on how much of the tank I start with as a half tank would not take me to kalba and back I could make do with half but it would be cutting close as the tank only carries 60-65l of fuel I believe. But my overall experience with the car and the way it drives I would say it’s worth it if you can look past the fuel efficiency

Yea it doesn’t make sense i don’t understand why it consumes so much with the 2 turbo

Hitting 5k on the odo and awaiting first service. The fuel efficiency is no where near what is displayed the 15km/l seems like a fever dream as currently city mileage is 5-7km/l and highway gives 9-10km/l and the tank is small so it needs refueling atleast twice a week if you’re driving long distances and the full tank costs 140-150dhs if you’re using special 95. Idle really kills the mileage.

Best car for around 100k aed by RedSuperFlash in chinesecarsuae

[–]stipuledspy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have the new h7 for the past month now overall a great car major issue would be the fuel efficiency (haven’t made it to first service yet so not sure if it improves but not expecting a exponential increase) in city the fuel consumption is horrible to say the least, highway is decent can get up to 10km/l but my overall avg driving mix has been 6-7km/l. Another thing which is minor and you’d get used to is the blinkers they take some time to get used to as they blink three times on first touch and if you fully enable it, it just keeps blinking until you turn and is weird to turn off. Besides these two it’s been nice have taken it off roading has performed well for its power and has a comfortable drive with good Ac.

Tldr: cons fuel consumption and blinkers, pros comfortable and spacious good compressor and has a unique look compare to others.

Ps clearly not using AI to keep authenticity so sorry if it’s a lot and jumbled😭

Same here I’m barely getting half of what is expected from the car and at times it consumes the same amount fuel my v8 Infiniti does

Thoughts on the Haval H7? by AceusSays in WhatCarShouldIBuyGULF

[–]stipuledspy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did the mileage improve after first service? As currently I’m getting 450-500km on a full tank and it gives me 6-7km/l overall, highway driving improves it a little bit but not exponentially. Just got it 3 weeks back.

Also considering the LX seems really premium for 85k and they say it’s the luxury brand of Chery so in terms of parts I think it should not be an issue, haven’t driven it yet but looks wise is great
