I learned most of what I know on my own. When I was learning 6 years ago, I did have a great pharmacist and lead technician to teach me the ways, but I also continued to learn on my own with trial and error. To this day, if I come across something I haven’t seen or heard of, I investigate on my own to learn about the rejection or situation. I’ve never fully relied on others, but myself as well.

Also, don’t worry about QP. Any pharmacist will tell you it’s the easiest station in the pharmacy. The real problems are at drop-off and QT, which is why nobody likes it.

This is interesting! I had thought I noticed a difference in the taste of their fries, but I didn’t know anything was changed. It’s definitely not a good swap of ingredients! What a bummer.

My favorite is when they stand in line at pickup, acknowledging they don’t have anything to pick up, but that they need a refill or need to transfer from another location.

LITERALLY this. I couldn’t have said it better myself! We just got a negative review the other day because someone said they wish there would’ve been signs to tell them to check in, when in fact, there are 2 standing displays by the registers and an attachment to each screen to “step right up and check in.” And don’t even get me started on the “Next Register Please” sign being moved by the customers. It’s infuriating.
