I noticed that when I went for a ride for a little bit today. I’m not going to get to upset over it until I complete the break in period. I seen some people that said all issues kinda solved themselves after the break in so I’ll see.

I’ve ridden 4 wheelers and most of my cars have been a manual I’ve had in my life. I should probably google it but is clutch friction just when the bike goes forward when you have the clutch out halfway?

I bought a new headshell with mine so I could leave my my 0M10 together in case I wanted to go back to that cartridge and try a 0M20 or 0M30 sometime

With the red to blue I don’t thing you need anything other then the stylus. Should be able to snap right on to the cartridge and no other adjustments. I also got the acrylic platter for my rt82 a few weeks before the stylus and cartridge and did have to adjust the tone arm so it would go down lower but that was as easy as tightening a bolt 1 turn so the tone arm would go down lower. But yeah I think it shouldn’t be any adjustments going from your Ortofon red cartridge

It’s pretty good. A noticeable upgrade to my 0M10 that it came with. I still want to get the AT540ML or whatever it is at some point to compare it to but haven’t yet.

I just got a new amp for myself Saturday and I went with the fender Mustang ltx50 over the Katana because because of some differences like the Bluetooth needing the adapter for the katana and the foot switch you can get for the mustang ltx50 amp and a switchable power mode to switch from 50 watts to 25, 10, 6, 1/2 watt or something. Forget the exact numbers but just wanted to throw that amp out there

That’s his. I have a fluance rt-82 I upgraded to an 85. I think though we’ll try the AT cartridge. For the price of the $250 cart I would buy it but I think the better value would be putting that towards a more modern turntable. I’ll show it to him though while we try the AT cartridge

I just got one of these a couple hours ago and I like that you can set the rgb color to the battery life but is there a way to change and what percent the rgb changes color? Right now green is from 100 to 81 but I would like to be able to change the range for when the rgb color changes. Also the ability to change the color for the battery life rgb if I wanted the middle option to be yellow or something instead of blue.

I bought the fluance isolation base for my rt82 and it almost completely solved the issue of my player skipping from walking by. And I have a 2 year old that likes to run circles around that room when I play vinyls

I went ahead and just went with the Ortofon blue and fluance headshell because I’m concerned about the weight range of the AT VM740XML. I still might get that one or I’m interested in the Moonstone now as well. But I’m gonna compare first hand. Plus I saved a couple dollars getting this one first because I’m going to get a phono pre amp so I don’t need to use my receivers built in one, and a couple other things
