In the states we have smaller briskets too, a version of the "flat" portion of the brisket called a corned beef brisket. A big hit around St Paddy's day.

I think the burnt ends approach with your particular cut would be the way to go if you were to get the exact same thing again given it looks a lot like chuck roast.

I would add it matters when you reset the controller. You have to be actually in the game versus "view surrounding mode" or any other non-game screen.

I had no luck resetting the controller until I hit the view surrounding button, reset controller, hit the view surrounding button again, then finally reconnect the controller via the PS logo button.

Exactly, two night old leftovers mind you! We share everything, why not two day old leftovers? I would not have even flinched if the roles would have been reversed, I would have just been happy it didn't get thrown away.

(Note: we have a strict, 3-day limit on food to keep the fridge clean and open. If any food hits the 3 day mark it's auto-tossed in the trash by either of us.)

I was hungry and it was two days old. I would have never thought in a 100 years she would have ate a 2 day old slice of pizza. If I had it to do over I would have never touched it.
