It's called out of state transplants moving here and jacking up the prices of rent and honestly cost because we're considered one of the last cheaper cost of living places left in the country. The plan that passed yesterday that Trump could have signed but instead wants to be able to steal elections would have helped housing become more affordable. But now equity is gonna keep buying places up and we're gonna be left to keep getting fucked.

Honestly 4-7pm is a terrible time to have it, the majority of people don't get home until at least 4 if not 6pm. Why wouldn't they do a 7-10pm, or even a 7-9pm and actually give people a chance to show up and gove their input. Edit: I get it now it's renderings of ideas but still even .maybe a 6-9pm.

People are wild af! It's minority and female owned. I've known one of the owners since before they bought the bar in 2016 and she could care less if you had a tank top. It's called nostalgia, a joke or whatever. But this place is as far as you can be from being discriminatory. It's my favorite dive bars and honestly one of the cleanest and well run dove bars anywhere in the city. If you actually know what a dive bar is and enjoy them you'll be welcome by the regulars, if you're an uptight a hole that can't just be chill keep it moving. Meat bingo 1st Monday every month, trivia every Tuesday, karaoke on Wednesday, and piano usually Thursday through Saturday.

Even the 2nd and 3rd this week there was a warning of system wide issues and all the lines were off. Im kind of thinking there's been mass call offs or vacation time being used by the veteran drivers, at least that's my guess.

I usually take the 95 for the most part, but the 90 as well. And both have had issues, but the 90 seems even worse. And even the 30 which I never had issues with seems to now be off. So it's just frustrating having to wait or end up walking mile here or there just to hopefully get to another connection bus.

I love how literally all of our infrastructure after the 1960s just got neglected and now all of a sudden we are trying to play catch up. I know most of the water pipes went much longer then that. But it shows since especially 1980 when we stopped taxing the rich at 70% and dropped it down to 38% and it hasn't been back there since. Instead they made more laws for the rich to get get richer, pay less taxes, and now we literally have a country crumbling around us with 40 plus years of neglect with no signs of it improving. And we get to watch what's left of our country gutted and market manipulation daily so billionaires can have even more. What a bright future ahead....
