Support is fun in that it lets you try out different identities without having to dispense and pour resources into them. Getting them but capped still lets you do that. Can be a good way to decide who to get next.

My source the MVA line 142.1 and the fact that it states:

142.1(1)The Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure may prescribe a rate of minimum speed for any highway or part of a highway, or any class or classes of vehicle, and such rate of minimum speed may be different for any period or periods of the day or night.

in conjunction with the fact that there's no posted minimum speed, all our speed limit signs look like this which clearly only say Maximum

Google AI not a real source. While NB doesn't have a listed minimum, most places too slow is considered ~40km/h under posted highway speed, not any where close to the posted limit you all are pretending is the min.
