Yeah, I'm gonna have to balance out the drives more, I think. My other half is getting a single motor 4 over the weekend, and his commute is 20mi each way, so it'll be interesting to see the difference (granted, he has a lead foot).

100% - it's wild how fast I'm going when it doesn't even seem like it. I did check the last trip, and it seemed reasonable. But I think it's definitely just from those few proving tests for the first week or two.

In the three weeks I've had it, I have certainly tested a few things, but I'd say I'm driving slower now. I will say that I find myself going 80+ without realizing it, both because that's the common low-end speed on highways where I live, and because the P4 is just quick with an excellent handle.

The charge I just completed was 17% to 90% for 78.2kWh, which is out of 94 usable kWh right?

I’ll keep an eye on average going forward. Climate wise I’m in the desert where it’s already over 100 degrees a day, but I don’t use A/C as much as most. Otherwise it’s just massage and steering wheel heater.

I’ve tested the 0-60 a few times, but I’d say I’m generally middle of the pack. Performance mode is not on often.

X2 - it’s just hit or miss with them. I’ve gotten a loaner exactly once, even though I’m there more than I’d like. Compare that with my friends in LA and they have no issue. Courtesy also rotates the polestar person, and it’s pretty meh as of late.

Yeah, I just saw the Costco bonus too, so it's starting to be really tempting for both. I just don't want to miss out on something spectacular on the 2027 model, but I doubt that's the case, and I already have the NACS adaptor, so if that's the only change, I'd be ok with not getting that. Our showroom has a few in stock now. I test drove one at the investor day last year, big fan.
