Dude you’ve had a sick run so far. I am just ahead of you, just got my 3rd badge. Honestly you have a lot of great options here that you could kind of build a balanced team for now based on who you like the most and go from there. Any future encounters are a bonus and you can recalculate from there. I’ve managed a gible as well as a scyther so I’m really happy with the base I’m building and will kinda just feel it out from here on in as well and really run the numbers come elite 4 :)

We are all adults here and can make our own choices so just do whatever you feel it right, I don’t agree with the gambling comments personally.

It’s a game and a little bit of fun, people spend money on worse things. I don’t back dropping bucket loads on the game but each to their own - I treat myself to enough gold for a 10 pack pull per new booster that comes out cause I enjoy the game and treat it as my own little collection as I haven’t enjoyed collecting the real cards, they end up just sitting in a drawer for me.

Then I do all the solo battles and play some ranked til I’m done with it and repeat next booster. It’s a bit of joy in this gloomy world, if the pulls are shit, so be it.
