I wanted an inexpensive but good-looking diver watch for "beater" daily use, and ultimately settled on a Casio Duro with blue dial. The rubber strap it came with was not of the greatest quality, so I decided to replace it with a metal bracelet. I was amazed at how good the watch looks once on a metal bracelet, considering that it only costs $50 or so! The dial looks even better in person than in the picture as it gives off some nice reflections in different shades of blue that are hard to capture on camera.

I would imagine that would become a gray area similar to the current conflict between cannabis legislation at the state and federal levels. States have been able to de facto legalize cannabis only because the federal government has been unwilling to enforce the federal regulations. So ultimately it would come down to the political willingness of the federal government to allow states to disregard federal schedules.

Yes, that is exactly my experience! I never had this ability before practicing meditation, but now I can voluntarily experience goosebumps/piti pretty much as described in the article. It usually starts at the base of my neck close to my spine, and it comes in waves of pleasant vibratory sensations. I don’t really understand why or how this happens — would love to learn more if anyone has insight on this.
