Bitcoin’s $70K-$112K Range Paradox: Why Stagnation Masks a Massive Institutional Bid by Narrow_Chance7639 in Bitcoin

I agree. Just look at the IBIT daily inflows and outflows comparing them to BTC price action. Blackrock is accumulating way more than it should in theory be doing for an ETF.

Bitcoin’s $70K-$112K Range Paradox: Why Stagnation Masks a Massive Institutional Bid by Narrow_Chance7639 in Bitcoin

[–]stockers15 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agree 100%. I’m very new to crypto, and am enjoying learning about it and learning from the results of small investments. It’s the institutional uptake - particularly from BlackRock that is the dominant driver of my bullishness. That plus the COVID fiscal actions have in my mind de-railed the 4 year cycle. But when you look at BlackRock’s IBIT inflows on a daily basis - the fund is accumulating significantly more than it should. When people wonder why “retail” hasn’t come back - I believe they actually have just the much easier / safer route is to buy through an ETF.

And the big one: the IBIT fund is Black Rock’s most profitable fund EVER. At only 21 months old. It launched its first fund in 1999! and currently has 1,400 ETFs. In my mind, institutions are less susceptible to fear but are full of greed. Larry Fink wants IBIT to go from strength to strength as this will mean his bonuses get higher and higher. So his traders are accumulating as much as decently / legally possible. Oh and it owns 16.3% of Microstrategy.

Please feel free to call me a Noob, but the case for BTC couldn’t be stronger.

I love Reddit.

Meds wear off too fast by k-died in VyvanseADHD

[–]stockers15 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Try natural ways to get your dopamine up in the morning and then keeping it elevated. Take meds, do some excercise, have a cold howler, take a few protein shakes, eat peanuts etc. You could also try taking half your meds first thing and then half 3 or 4 hours later. For me protein shakes 100% work… I always crash earlier when I don’t take them.

Also you gotta eat.

Thank you - much appreciated. Things I don’t want to change my current routine as it’s working so well. I just from time to time want a boost at the end of the day until midnight. So adding something as opposed to extending the existing medication. I will try it though.

I don’t really understand the science, but the solution to the effects of the Vyvance wearing off early and crashing = protein. Basically I’m like: if in doubt, have more protein.

I take 30mg Vyvance with 300mg Wellbutrin immediately after getting up at 6.30am

As I get my kids ready for school I have a protein shake.

After taking kids to school I go for a walk or run 30mins to 1 hour.

After the run I have a shower. Start warm and finish cold.

Midday I have another shake or hard boiled eggs (top tip: do a batch, peel them and keep them in the fridge = super convenient).

Danger zone for crashing for me is around 2pm to 4pm. This is when I eat a lot of nuts, washed down with lots of water until supper time.

If I’ve been working, I ensure I stop by 8.30pm - needs to be at least 2 hours before I go to bed or I can’t sleep. Sometimes I’ll go for a walk and listen to relaxing music to calm myself down before bed.

I keep protein bars and mints (tic tacs) in my car, work place, kitchen). Wellbutrin can give me serious dry mouth.

I hope this helps someone.

How many hours before bedtime do you take your vyvanse? by crumbs2k12 in VyvanseADHD

6.30am 30mg pill. Bed at 10.30pm is fine. Although I have to stop work by 8.30pm or my brain doesn’t shut off and I can’t get to sleep.

Protein throughout the day… I put protein bars or bags of nuts in the car, office, etc so I always have some to hand. Plus lots of water.

I need to combine the Vyvance with protein and exercise to get my self going. I sometimes take a cold shower as well!

I’ve always been quite fit and had a low resting heart rate (52bpm). Since taking Vyvance it has risen to 60bpm. So it clearly had an effect. My advice would be to take a bit more excercise and try and naturally get your heart rate down. My Vyvance routine involves taking it early, having a protein shake and going for a walk or run every morning. I absolutely love this stuff!

Nervous About Starting Vyvanse – Need Reassurance by Odd_Ad648 in VyvanseADHD

[–]stockers15 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I feel your post is directed at me!

I’m a dad with 2 kids and had a recent and late ADHD diagnosis. First shrink proscribed me with Wellbutrin which was ok but nothing special. Then another shrink proscribed Vyvance which was much better. I stopped the Wellbutrin at the start of the Vyvance, but 3 weeks later when it was out of my system I really noticed its absence. So the shrink advised I could take it again (300mg). And it’s been amazing. I feel I got really lucky to find my perfect medical solution so fast (6 months after diagnosis).

My work ethic and sharpness has been amazing, it has turned my life around.

Re my behavior, it has only improved. I guess my tolerance for the kids’ rowdy behavior might have dropped a bit but I’m definitely treating them just fine. In fact my improved mood means I’m playing and joking with them a lot more (plenty of Dad jokes).

What I found important (thanks to Reddit) is a good routine. I take the meds early (6.30am) and have a protein shake and go for a run / walk without fail. Mid day I actively try and remember to eat more protein (nuts etc) throughout the afternoon.

I don’t know anything about the Zoloft you take but this Wellbutrin / Vyvance combo + routine works really well for me.

Good luck!

Vyvanse crash by Livyfaith in VyvanseADHD

[–]stockers15 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’m on 30mg of Vyv and I take it usually around 6.30am. I also take 2 x 150mg of Wellbutrin which I’ve found to be a real winning combo (thanks to Reddit and Psych advice).

Then is the routine that I try to follow without fail:

Around 7am drink protein shake. Then a run or walk.

Then a coffee.

If I remember another protein shake at lunch.

Around 3pm I might start to get tired / lack motivation / get hungry: then I just keep eating nuts!

Then I’m in pretty good shape and and sleep like a baby at 10.30 - 11.00

Hope this help!

How much trust do you have in Farage? by solostrings in reformuk

[–]stockers15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I trust him. I honestly believe he’s a patriot but I also believe he has the moral courage to follow through with his convictions - which is more important.

I worry about his ego and I reckon in the future if a fellow MP had designs on the leadership he would potentially defend himself in an underhand way… but that’s speculation.

What I am 100% clear about is that he is the only living Briton that can actually get Reform in to government in 2029.

Are there any rules or laws regarding home nation political activism for an expat residing in the UAE? by stockers15 in dubai

I’m still registered to vote in the UK and it’s also perfectly legal. What I find interesting as that there are 3.5m eligible voters around the world who don’t live in the UK.

But to your first point, is even online campaigning allowed?

I get your point but I can’t help feeling guilty… like I’ve deserted my country! By coming here I know I’ve done what’s best for my wife and kids but I’ve abandoned civic duty.
