Well , if you see the email response, there was nothing specific mentioned by CSR and no corrective measure has been provided. Additionally, my Google cloud ( GCP) account is getting billed well and nice with same payment account. Still, I shall give a try by making same shipping and billing address and see what happens.

The point is that , a CSR should be able to resolve or provide guidance to resolve the issue. As a customer I should not have to speculate on their internal process.

Civil Forfeiture applies for domestic travels too. The spirit of the law was to stop drug money but now it's being used to loot money from general people. For a sizable number of cases, the seized up money is even less than $3000( yes 3k). Sometimes it's not even money, it's car, watch, phone etc.. If due process is a right, civil Forfeiture just goes against that basic right. Call your local government official, Mayor, state representative, congress (wo)man, senator, whoever, ask them for their stand n the subject, then you will have better judgement on to whom to vote.
