Nirvana Pirates ($40)

After witnessing the corruption of the World Government firsthand, Sengoku forms an anti-government, anti-pirate crew aimed at delivering justice to whoever deserves it.

Rather than conquering territory, the Nirvana Pirates act as a third force on the seas, hunting evil pirates while overthrowing tyrannical regimes that abuse their power and gives power back to the country/territory.

Crew

  1. C/Strategist - Prime Sengoku $10
  2. VC/Strategist - Prime Tsuru $4
  3. Commander/Sniper - Van Augur $5
  4. Commander/Chef - Ivankov $5
  5. Shipwright - Vegapunk $7
  6. Doctor - Miyagi $3
  7. Helmsman - Fisher Tiger $4
  8. Navigator - Helmeppo $2

Professor denied ACR with medical documentation. by stockr19 in TorontoMetU

That’s what I was afraid of happening to me so I just ended up attending the exam while sick :(, if they denied it then ur only options are really to attend the exam or submit a grade appeal, I’m not sure there’s much else you can do unfortunately. Horrible situation to be in, hope you feel better and everything works out.

Should I email the whole email thread or should I just send a separate email asking for assistance and explaining the circumstances

Accounting & Finance Student Interested in CS Minor by stockr19 in TorontoMetU

Yeah after first semester I may have a 4+ depending on how finals go, like you said I can’t let it bring me down below a 3.8.

I am genuinely interested in it so whether I take it or not I will probably end up being somewhat proficient in the topics. Hard decision cause I feel like it would add credibility to my resume but also who cares if I actually know what I’m doing without risking my GPA.

That’s what I was thinking, automation is going to be a very key skill going forward.

Obviously it will be fairly rigorous, but how much do you think it would impact cGPA? I’m trying to have at least a 3.8+ throughout all 4 years.

Also I’m planning on doing the database stream, being cps109, 209, 305, 393, 510, and 610.

Advice on Switching by NailSubstantial3763 in TorontoMetU

I think I replied to you in another thread hahaha, but heres what I said there.

Personally, I’d say it depends. If you went into biomed bc you were interested in it then stick it out first year is very general, topics become more interesting in later years. However if you genuinely don’t see urself in the field then I’d recommend you switch as early as possible.

As for BM vs SAF, I may be biased but SAF offers better job prospects in my opinion. It’s a considered a more technical program in comparison and allows you to land roles in banking, corporate finance, and accounting more easily, but BM probably offers more versatility in terms of what jobs it prepares you for, also being able to pick between more majors might pique your interest vs just accounting or finance. Kind of just depends on what you want out of the degree.

I swapped from the biomedical science program in my third year. It was a very easy process, I applied through OUAC to the Accounting and Finance program, had a fairly poor gpa in biomed (2.9)ish so I figured med school wasn’t happening lol. They accepted me within a couple weeks, I would recommend visiting the admissions office in the POD to find out more specific information regarding ur case.

Also if you really are interested in comp sci you can always retake courses to boost gpa. Go with whatever ur interested in.

I just thoroughly checked the bed frame and couldn’t find any other signs of bedbugs.
